NAMU Shipping 

We process orders frequently to ensure quick delivery to you. Once processed, orders are queued to be packed and shipped to you within 2 business days. 

All orders are shipped via USPS, and our goal is to give them your order within 2 business days. After being handed over to USPS, shipping takes an estimated 1-7 business days. 

NAMU offers free shipping with 2 or more orders. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.  

NAMU Return Policy

NAMU is committed to sourcing and creating the highest quality products and experience for you. If you feel the quality of our products is less than expected, please reach out to us within 30 days of placing your order. We’ll reship the order at our cost.
